High-Performance Programme

Stay connected to your development with personal online goaltending guidance through the High-Performance Protégé Programme. For goaltenders who want closer contact and more regular adjustments to their training focus.

£99 per month. Monthly support includes:

• Four flexible 45-minute online coaching calls
• Short action summaries after calls, covering up to three priorities
• A shared development tracker revisited and updated during scheduled calls
• A monthly progress check within a scheduled coaching call
• Messaging about agreed priorities between calls

Your game sets the agenda. Calls can cover live video review, technique, training, mindset or development priorities, with the focus changing according to what you need.

Video is usually reviewed together live during a scheduled coaching call.

Messaging is for brief clarification and progress updates about agreed priorities. I aim to respond within two working days, Monday–Friday.
